Kedar comes with more than 21 years of experience and has worked with Piramal Healthcare India Ltd, where he was the COO of the consumer products business. Kedar's entrepreneurial and strategic ability has seen him successfully lead different businesses within the Piramal Healthcare group for the last 14 years. Prior to Piramal, Kedar has worked with FMCG giant Hindustan Unilever. Kedar is an accomplished leader, with a track record of working with high-growth Pharma and FMCG companies. He brings a great mix of leadership, inspiration, operational experience, technical breadth, and passion for people development .

Anil Fernandes

Anil is the Chief Business Officer at Integrace and a member of the Executive Committee. Anil has a rich experience of over thirty years in growing established businesses and building growth strategies for brands. He has immense an experience of Pharmaceutical & Healthcare business sector and has worked with leading multinational and Indian organizations such as Abbott Healthcare, Sanofi, Nicholas Piramal, Fulford, Blue Cross India, and FDC Ltd

Nitin Menon

Nitin Menon is the Chief Financial Officer at Integrace and a member of the Executive Committee . Nitin is a seasoned professional with over thirteen years of experience, in varied roles like treasury, financial modeling, M&A due diligence (both buy side & sell side), finalization of accounts, handling statutory audits, business finance, budgeting, cost control, SOx and internal controls, taxation, credit control and performance monitoring Nitin has worked with SOTC, Thomas Cook, Piramal Healthcare and Tata Motors in the past.

Prateek Singh

Prateek Singh is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Integrace and a member of the Executive Committee . Prateek has around 14 years of experience in Human Resource across industries like Fast Moving Consumer Goods and IT. He has worked across diverse HR functional areas managing HR Center of Excellence roles, as well as HR Business Partner roles for large functional Setup like Sales and Manufacturing in India, as well as Independent P&L Business in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. He has worked across Indian and MNC companies like Marico, GSK consumer HealthCare & TCS.

Alex Mathew

Alex Mathew is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Integrace and a member of the Executive Committee . Alex brings over 25 years of experience in Inventory Control, Retail Supply Chain & Cost Saving Initiative, Business Development, Packaging , Procurement, Vendor development, Forecasting, demand & capacity planning, CFA management & Distribution management. Alex has worked with Piramal Enterprises , Reliance Retail and Hindustan Levers.

Viren Wani

Viren Wani is the Chief Strategy Officer at Integrace and a member of the Executive Committee . Viren brings along with him over twenty eight years of experience in the Pharma and FMCG space. He has worked in the areas of Strategy, M&A, Marketing, Sales, Data Analytics and Business Development. Viren has worked with Piramal Healthcare, IMS and GSK in the past.

Krishnan Subramanian

Krishnan Subramanian is the Chief Digital Officer at Integrace and a member of the Executive Committee. Krishnan comes with rich experience of sixteen years in digital transformation, design and customization of technology systems & platforms spread across multiple industry verticals & geographies. Prior to joining Integrace, Krishnan was associated with Raymond Ltd, Browntape e-commerce and Tata Consultancy Services.

Aditee Ghate is Head of Marketing at Integrace and member of the Executive Committee leading Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Commercial Excellence, Sales Training and Pharmacovigilance. Aditee has a rich experience of nineteen years and specializes in Regulatory affairs, Medical advisory, Quality assurance, Compliance, Program management, Market research, etc. Aditee has an vast experience of the Pharmaceutical & Healthcare sector and has worked with Piramal in past.

Shobhit Seth

Shobhit Seth is Chief Medical Officer at Integrace and a member of the Executive Committee. Shobhit brings along with him over 22+ years of experience in Medical Affairs and Clinical experience. He has vast experience & expertise in the areas of Medico marketing, Business Development, and Training. He has worked with companies from the pharmaceutical industry and his last assignment was with Emcure.

Mr. Praneet Singh

Experience: 26 years of experience in emerging markets & expertise in general management Previously the CEO of Piramal Healthcare

Education: Holds an MBA degree from IIM Calcutta and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi

Mr. Satish Chander

Experience: Joined True North in 2005 as a part of the business management team Now a part of the investment team and is responsible for investments in the healthcare sector
